Dr. Gromis received an undergraduate degree from the University of California and a Master of Science in Chronic Disease Epidemiology from Yale School of Public Health. He earned his Medical Doctorate from New York Medical College and an Internal Medicine internship at Metropolitan Hospital Center. He completed his Diagnostic Radiology Residency and Mini-Fellowships in Breast, Body MRI, and Neuroradiology at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai West, where he served as the chief resident. Dr. Gromis then completed a Musculoskeletal Imaging and Interventional Radiology fellowship at NYU Grossman School of Medicine. Dr. Gromis is board-certified in Diagnostic Radiology.
Dr. Gromis has authored many publications and presented on musculoskeletal and interventional topics at multiple venues. Additionally, he served in several leadership roles throughout his career in diagnostic radiology.
